Founder & Executive Director
Experienced HR Leader with over 25 years of expertise in driving strategic HR initiatives across Oil & Gas, Power Transmission & Distribution, Renewables, Infrastructure, and Manufacturing sectors for large multi-national conglomerates spanning multiple regions , including the Middle East , Africa, Southeast Asia and India.
He has a proven track record in leading HR functions, aligning business objectives with talent strategies, fostering high-performance cultures, leading complex executive searches, handling high-volume recruitment drives, and fast-paced hiring under tight deadlines, formulation of HR Policies, compensation & benefits, regional compliance, navigating diverse regulatory environments and building strong leadership teams to support global expansion and operational success.
Following a distinguished career of nearly two decades in L & T Construction, culminating in his role as Head of HR International for the Renewables sector, he transitioned to entrepreneurship by establishing his own HR consultancy. His profound insight into global workforce trends, coupled with an unwavering passion for aligning talent with opportunity, has been the driving force behind his mission.
Sridar Natarajan
Chief HR Consultant
A Metallurgical Engineer from IIT Kharagpur ( 1977-82)and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Finance and Systems) from IIM Bangalore (1984–86), with a diverse and accomplished career spanning nearly 4 decades , across engineering, management consulting, entrepreneurship, and academics.
He began his career with Tata Motors (then TELCO) as a Quality Assurance Engineer before moving into management consulting with Ernst & Young and its member firms in India and Saudi Arabia(1986-1998), where he led multiple projects in executive recruitment, organizational structure & design, and compensation studies.
He was the Director – MBA Programs at a leading college in Coimbatore and practiced as an independent management consultant specializing in management development programs for several manufacturing companies in Coimbatore. Since 2007, he has been the Dean of Chennai Business School, overseeing academics and administration.
He has also conducted several Management Development Programs, including Leadership Programs for First-time Managers (10+ batches) and Competency-based Managerial Development and Assessment for large EPC companies.
